The aim of this survey is to identify how HSE incidents related to blasting works are reported and investigated as well as how learnings are shared in the different countries across Europe. EFEE will use your answers to improve the common knowledge of similarities and differences between national legislation and common practise concerning blast related incidents in Europe.
The results will form the basis of a project that aims at improving the way knowledge about unwanted blast related incidents is shared across country borders to all professionals who are working directly and indirectly with explosives.
Please feel free to distribute the survey to the correct individual(s) in your country who have the appropriate knowledge for completing the survey.
