Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is essential to maintaining professional competence and supporting career progression. IExpE’s CPD platform enables members to plan, complete, record, and manage their CPD in line with professional and regulatory requirements. IExpE members and Engineering Council registrants are required to complete a minimum of 30 hours of CPD annually, and IExpE’s CPD resources are designed to support members in meeting this requirement and demonstrating continued professional competence.
