“My EOD career has naturally lead me to segway into the training department. This has been through assisting the instructors with practical’s and starting to teach some modules on courses. It was a no brainer when the opportunity arose to sign up to the Institute Accredited trainer scheme as it allowed me to have some credibility at the start of my teaching career. By being a member of the scheme it shows that I have met the parameters set and that I have knowledge to be able to help train people. It is also a building block for the future with hope of becoming an accredited trainer in the future”
