Late Payment Policy
If payment is not received within 7 days of the membership renewal date members will receive the membership expiry notice by email, giving a 2 week period to make payment, subject to a late payment charge of £42.00.
Reinstatement
If a member makes contact within 6 months of the expiry date their membership can be reinstated by providing written confirmation of their contact details and that there has been no change in their employment. The outstanding subscription must be paid together with the late payment charge. They will retain their original membership number.
New Application Required
After 6 months from the date of expiry a new application must be submitted. The expired member will not retain their original membership number.
