If any member has an item they wish to be tabled at the Annual General Meeting on Friday 31st May, the closing date for submission of these for consideration of inclusion in the agenda is 12noon on Friday 22nd March, 2019. Any items, which should give the text of the item and a précis of the purpose and reasons behind the proposal, can be sent to the Institute office either by post or email.
