Recruitment can often be challenging, but by breaking it down into smaller, manageable stages, we can examine each aspect to ensure fairness and inclusivity. Learn how to dissect recruitment stages for fairness & inclusivity to build the team that will get you to your goals. Hear what worked for founders implementing inclusive practices & building diverse teams.

The workshop will begin with a dynamic panel discussion of founders with firsthand experience in implementing inclusive recruitment practices, who will share their insights, challenges, and successes in building diverse teams and fostering inclusive workplaces. This panel promises to provide invaluable perspectives and actionable strategies for attendees looking to transform their recruitment processes.

Following the panel, a lightning talk will delve into the critical steps necessary to prepare for and evaluate recruitment processes to minimise bias for a fairer and more effective hiring process, which will widen your talent pool.

We will guide participants through the process of evaluating not only interviews but the recruitment process as a whole. We’ll share a checklist of actions from Culture+ for crafting unbiased job descriptions, sourcing diverse candidates, and designing inclusive interview processes.
