The Royal Academy of Engineering would like to invite you to join our second webinar in our Building World Class Teams Workshop. 

In our previous webinar, we addressed the importance of recruiting inclusively to avoid issues like replicant hiring and affinity bias. But how do we Build World Class Teams outside of the recruitment cycle? RETENTION.

Small and growing teams face overwhelming challenges. Losing people can have a catastrophic impact, especially when you are under pressure to hit audacious goals. In this webinar we will delve into how you achieve a culture where your team members are supported, challenged, and able to grow as your company grows. 

Hosted in partnership with The Honeycomb Works, we will convene a panel of expert advisors and startup leaders who are doing the work to build inclusive cultures where everyone can feel safe to share ideas, take risks, and challenge each other from a place of mutual respect.
