What you’ll be doing:
Plan, schedule and manage Production Works Orders to support the site Master Production Schedule (MPS)
Material management including Vendor scheduling, Stock checks, Daily and weekly SAP bookings
Control the issue of material throughout the production process in line with the MPS
Maintain SAP Data to ensure MRP System effectiveness and data accuracy
Liaise with multiple business functions to ensure Manufacturing Schedule Adherence can be achieved both efficiently and effectively
Your skills and experiences:
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Excel in particular
Experienced in Stores / Stock Control practices and techniques
Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders across the site

Our Production Team:
As a Production Controller, you will support Washington operations by ensuring implementation of processes and procedures that effectively manage, plan and distribute raw material and finished product within Washington to assist production in meeting the contracted delivery dates. Your role will support accurate data capture and analysis of production performance such as efficiency, utilisation and effectivity.
