Description

Salary:

£49,000 inc shift premium (min basic pay of £40,049)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing teams to carry out maintenance activities, checking standards of maintenance and reactive work while coaching team members as required to deliver high levels of craftsmanship and job reporting

  • Coordinating the department workload via SAP to ensure KPIs are achieved

  • Managing failure data on equipment and generating breakdown reports

  • Procure spare parts and materials that are required for work orders

  • Attending daily production meetings

  • Writing and reviewing maintenance instructions and risk assessments

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Time served Electrical apprenticeship preferably with HNC/HND qualification

  • Safety Qualifications (e.g. IOSH, working at height, MEWP licence)

  • Experience working with SAP

  • 17th/18th edition Wiring Regulation qualification

Our Maintenance Team:

As a Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical, you will be a subject matter expert supervising and line managing a team of electricians carrying out electrical maintenance activities on our Washington site.
