Course Description
This course is designed to be on particular interest to forensic science providers, and cover a wide range of topics associated with ammunition for small arms such as health and safety, forensic examination, report writing (ammunition), forensic markings, headstamps, loading equipment, loading ammunition, primer testing, disassembling ammunition, forensic strategy, unloading muzzle loaders, cartridge case profiles, bullet types, CIP and Proof pressures, bullet casting, powder types, airgun ammunition and test firing.
Suggested Attendees
Students on this course will be expected to have basic knowledge of safe firearms handling.
