Course Description
This high-risk search training course is designed to introduce students who are to be engaged in search operations involving counter terrorism criminal activities. It focuses on the knowledge and skills required to plan and manage search operations in high risk environments using UK National Occupational Standards (NOS).
The topics covered during the course include identifying terrorist and criminal resources during search operations, locating and render safe of booby traps, planning and management of operations and more.
Course Outcome
On successful completion of the course the student will receive a SCQF Level 7 Diploma in High Risk Search (Credit Points 13).
