Our mission is to empower and advance the participation, contribution, and career progression of women within the explosives sector. This group is dedicated to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion across the IExpE membership demographic, at industry events, and throughout the wider explosives industry.

Key objectives of the group include:

• Providing feedback to IExpE on matters relevant to the group’s aims and objectives.
• Reviewing and acting on insights gathered from the survey of women members of IExpE.
• Driving initiatives to increase the representation of women across all membership levels within IExpE.
