Salary: Circa £30,000
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering services and business change across the Land UK business
- Overseeing the roll out of regular updates to the IM&T Business Management System ensuring the applications service documentation is relevant and current
- Organising meetings, managing actions, taking minutes and reporting
- Ensuring there are regular updates of any IM&T Risk and Assurance activities
- Carrying out administrative approvals in the enterprise systems, along with raising and tracking purchase orders and invoices
- Gathering data from several sources and feeding the information to the team and manager through reports and presentations
- Reviewing and monitoring the volume and consumption of IT Accounts and Asset Management
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Competent in the use of MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain and follow processes and governance
- Proficiency for liaising with and presenting to stakeholders at all levels
- Financially astute
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Business Management Systems
- Exposure to Audit and Assurance processes
- Familiarity of ITIL Foundation
- Awareness of IM&T; Cyber and Security frameworks e.g. NIST, CE Plus, or ISO27001

The IM&T team:
This is a small but growing and dedicated team providing a wide range of IT services and future exploiting the digital landscape within BAE Systems Land, who are working to keep our systems and data secure. In this role you will be reporting into the Capability Lead and working with many different internal stakeholders, and other business units as you will be working on critical business change programmes. This is a great opportunity for you to gain exposure within a large organisation and to grow and develop with your role. BAE Systems will also support you through further learning and development plans.
