Course Description
The 4-day Aviation Security (AvSec) course is designed to enhance the capability of students to positively identify IEDs, the components required to construct IEDs and the hazards associated with the handling of explosives and explosives precursors. The course will also train airport personnel in the correct procedures to be followed should a suspected IED or IED components be discovered inside the airport or aircraft.
