The new regulations convey certain rights to you as data subjects including that of accessing your data, correcting, restricting processing and right to have it deleted. Whilst retention and processing for the purposes of the register of membership is a legal requirement and the processing and communications with you on membership related matters and events are within our legitimate interest, we need your confirmation that for the other purposes for which the Institute is registered and for any promotional or marketing material you are happy that we deal with it in this way. Information regarding the holding and processing of personal data is available by clicking here.
