Membership Earned by Achievement

Membership of this Institute is not by subscription alone. Unlike other related organizations, individual membership for the Institute of Explosives Engineers is based on the key criteria of competency and experience and are confirmed by examination or, in the case of the Armed Services, successful completion of specific explosives engineering based military training courses.

All members of the Institute are expected to behave according to the IExpE Professional Code of Conduct
